In yoga you salute the sun.... This is an odd concept for someone like me.... I think that sounds weird because I do not understand the culture from which it comes from or the religious tones behind it... So, instead of saluting the sun I have decided to greet the "Son". That is my religion and that is my cultural background.
P.S. I love the yoga... I am making it my own!
